I am writing this post to help prospective employers who are looking to hire to fill specific positions in their company.
My husband and I had the privilege of working side by side to jointly run the operations of a financial company as part of the top management. Since this was not the only responsibility we carried at that time, we somehow saw the need to hire other men and women to complete the team and run the management task with them jointly.
When we were running short of candidates to be considered for the positions, we were referred an applicant who had a rather winsome personality, and likeable personality. To me, he seemed like a good match for the opening, and I must admit at the time, I was rather desperate to fill in the position.
On the other hand, my husband had intuitively told me that he felt that there was something wrong with the details he provided and he just couldn’t put his finger on it. He insisted that I immediately require this candidate to complete the documentary submission requirements required for his employment. I agreed but put it in as a matter of formality.
